Wildlife Photography

Sam has travelled extensively throughout Kenya, Cuba, India and the waters around Spitzbergen. The quality of her work was rewarded with a semi-finalists position in the 2008 Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition. She has just returned from Kenya  – a trip 5 years in the making.

Photographing wildlife is the only time that I am patient. It can take hours if not days following a female cheetah and her cubs to achieve the right shot in the best light. Even then, luck plays a huge role in taking the ultimate image.
